I have been having a hard time trying to figure out what to have for dinner lately. No clue why but I just have.  Monday night I decided I wanted to fix some pork and pull it apart. When I decided to do this I wasn’t sure if I wanted to BBQ the whole thing but decided to try to fix a salad. I found this recipe and decided to try it since I had all of the ingredients. Turned out to be very very good and I will definitely make it again!
