Just recently I thought I would try to eat a salad. Most days salad is not something that really likes me very much but I thought if I made it with Spinach it would be a little different.

Unfortunately no.

I have to say though that the salad was very good. I used spinach, bourbon mushrooms left over from the night before, boiled eggs, red onions, and bacon with warm bacon dressing. Yum Yum. The whole reason I made this was to try the Warm Bacon Dressing. It was very good and don’t worry I think we still have some leftover that I will be using on something else that isn’t salad.
