Chicken on the Rotisserie
Last weekend, Sean was itching to roast a full chicken on the grill. He had been for weeks. We finally got a chicken and he went to town. We had never used the rotisserie on the grill before or roasted a full chicken so it was going to be an experience.
Sean did such a great job with it though. 3 hours later we had a nicely browned seasoned chicken. And it was oh so yummy!
Apparently putting a potato in the middle of it is supposed to help hold the chicken in place on the rotisserie. It seemed to work well.
The leg with a side of potatoes and onions and I would say that we had an awesome dinner. I would say that we will probably try this again next fall or maybe in the spring.
